Are you fully prepared to take on a high-energy breed? A puppy that may chew baseboards, shoes, or furniture, chase the cat, play rough, nip, run wild through the house, test boundaries, push your patience, shed everywhere, track in dirt, and pull hard on the leash? These dogs require consistent structure, training, exercise, and leadership. By moving forward, you acknowledge that you understand the reality of raising a puppy and are not entering into this commitment with unrealistic expectations. Once you take your puppy home, all training, behavior, care, and management become your full responsibility.
*
Do you understand that our puppies are placed strictly as family pets on a spay/neuter agreement, and breeding is not permitted? By moving forward, you agree this puppy will never be bred. Any violation will result in the fine outlined in our contract, which you’ll review and sign at pickup.
Yes
No, I am interested in getting a puppy with full rights
If your puppy were to experience an injury or develop a long-term medical condition, are you financially, emotionally, and physically prepared to provide the care they may need, including veterinary treatment, medications, and any necessary accommodations? Please understand that purchasing from a breeder does not guarantee a lifetime free of health concerns. While we carefully health test and thoughtfully raise our lines, some things are simply beyond anyone’s control. These are living, breathing beings — not products. By moving forward, you acknowledge that you are in this for the long haul. You accept full responsibility for your puppy’s care throughout their life and understand that returning a dog due to health challenges is not an option. They deserve a family who will stand by them no matter what the future holds.

We thoughtfully evaluate each puppy and reserve the right to place them with the family that best fits their unique personality and needs. Our goal is to set both our puppies and their families up for long-term success, creating happy, lasting matches for everyone involved. Do you understand and feel comfortable with our temperament testing and placement process?
Yes
Where will the puppy be kept during the day? Will someone be home to let the puppy out regularly, take him or her on walks, and help burn off energy?

Research shows that most core vaccines provide protection for dogs well beyond a single year. Giving vaccines every year isn’t always necessary, and overvaccinating has been linked to certain health concerns, including increased risk of autoimmune issues, allergies, chronic inflammation, seizures, and cancer. Many owners now use titer testing to determine if a vaccine is truly needed before giving it, and if not waiting until it's needed. How does this approach feel to you? Would you be comfortable following it for your puppy?

Do you have a fenced in yard? (This is not a deal breaker just something you'll need to take into consideration when adopting a Labrador with their famously high energy levels and need to run
